What is your best-kept secret?
One of my close friend’s Nell and her family built a DIY bar located at the bottom of her garden, made out of sheets of Tin, formulating the name The Tin Shack. As lockdown restrictions began to ease and people were able to meet up once again, this lockdown bar became a safe haven for my friends and I to spend time together, allowing us to ease back into the busy public gradually.
The Tin Shack felt like a secret hideaway for only Nell’s family and our friends. In response to the brief, I reimagined the Tin Shack as a modern-day Speakeasy bar, exclusive to VIP members and only accessible with a membership card.
